When payment succeed Loef Bromfietsen BV get information from Triple deal that the payment is done with success and will prepare your order direct. If you cancel or can not finish your payment by the PSP, let this know by e-mail. Your order can only edit trough our staff and your shopping cart is empty if you come back at the Singa site.
Order information.
All orders place at Singa.eu will go to Loef Bromfietsen BV in the Netherlands. We make a confirmation PDF file and send this to your e-mail address as attachment. This confirmation is not create automatic and there is a check if ordered parts are in stock so it can take a time before you will get this. Please be noted that the confirmation and invoice have the same part number and price as on the website but the description will be in dutch language. You can easy type this part number at the search field on the Singa site to get the English description.
After closing your order and have don the payment by bank transfer to our bank account or make by the Payment service Provider, (Psp) Tripledeal, your order will be picked and pack in good solid (export) carton and dispatch as soon as possible. On the moment we picked the order and parts are not at stock we will refund the Money or send these parts later to you. We always let you know when this shows up.
Shipping information.
